Chris Walsh | President and CEO

As CEO Chris is responsible for maintaining Walsh Wireless as the leading Sprint’s National Business Solutions Partner by focusing on cutting-edge wireless solutions, flawless execution, superior fulfillment and unrivaled service. He is dedicated to creating a family-oriented working environment, where employees are encouraged to grow their own personal intellectual capital through teamwork, strong bonds with clients, and deep knowledge about products and services.

Before co-founding Walsh Wireless in 2002, Chris worked in the professional consulting field, including IBM’s Telecom and Media consulting group, and at Groundswell, an Internet consulting firm. He is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development.

Charles J. “Chick” Walsh | Chief Strategy Officer

A serial entrepreneur, Chick co-founded Walsh Wireless in 2002, realizing his vision of an exclusive Nextel, business-to-business organization that challenged the traditional authorized dealer model. This strategy was instrumental in the company’s fast rise to the position of top-performing Nextel Preferred Partner.

Prior to establishing Walsh Wireless, Chick was instrumental in starting and growing numerous business ventures, including real estate partnerships, R&D partnerships, and restaurants. In 1984, he developed Energy Sources Group, specializing in the acquisition of energy reserves and the drilling of new oil and gas wells. Earlier, he founded TBA Financial Group, a successful NASD brokerage firm in San Francisco. Chick is a graduate of The College of Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Amanda Walsh Dennis | Chief Sales Officer

As Chief Sales Officer and Owner at Walsh Wireless, Amanda has nationwide
responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the Walsh Wireless 5 Star
Experience. Amanda is charged with growing the company’s revenue while
maintaining Walsh’s award winning low churn and ensuring the highest
levels of professional account support Walsh’s clients have come to
expect.

Prior to her role as Chief Sales Officer, Amanda served as the
company’s Chief Operations Officer for three years. In this role, she
established the methodology behind Walsh’s 5 Star Experience and
established scalable systems and processes to ensure consistent delivery.
Most recently, Amanda was responsible for overseeing the over 300% revenue
growth of Walsh Wireless in the Northeast Region. Amanda holds a Bachelor of
Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara (Magna cum
Laude) and a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from San Francisco State University (Summa cum Laude).

Tim Cabral | Chief Operating and Financial Officer

Tim is responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as the financial
management and health of Walsh Wireless. In his operations role, Tim is
responsible for the Customer Support Organization and Web-Site Operations.
He has 17+ years of experience in Operations and Finance in the technology
industry. Prior to joining Walsh Wireless, Tim was CFO/Co-Founder of
Agistics, an Enterprise Software company that was sold in 2007. Before
Agistics, Tim was VP of Finance for PeopleSoft, an Enterprise Business
Application company, where he supported the Products & Technology and
Support Sales organizations, a collection of seven (7) business units, all
$200+m in gross revenue and operating budgets. Before PeopleSoft, Tim was a
leader in the Finance organization at both Chiron, a Biotechnology leader,
and LSI Logic, a semiconductor manufacturing company. At both companies, he
ran management reporting, cost accounting and key company initiatives around
cost savings. Tim holds a MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in
Finance from Santa Clara University.
